Registration Terms & Conditions

This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use posted on the event website. You may also request a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, by contacting [email protected].

CANCELLATION POLICY

If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend CMSWire's Digital Workplace Experience 2020, you can cancel your registration for the 3-day conference pass or 2-day conference pass and receive full refund if your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the program. If you cancel within 7-30 days of the program date you may receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 7-days of the program start date are non-refundable. The Innovation Pass is non-refundable but if your registration is cancelled, you may be given a credit of the same value as your pass to a future event by CMSWire. These cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel (even if you unfortunately need to cancel for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel complications or other work related issues that are out of your control). You may transfer your registration to another person prior to the start of the program at no charge. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail. Please note there will be a $50 processing fee for any substitution. Email: [email protected] Regular or overnight mail: Simpler Media Group, Inc. Attn: Digital Workplace Experience Substitutions 600 California St, Floor 11, San Francisco, CA 94108 United States.
PAYMENT
If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.
DISCOUNTS
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird and Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.
AGE LIMITATION
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend CMSWire's Digital Workplace Experience, but attendees must be 21 years of age to attend the Pre-Event Reception and/or the Opening Night Cocktail Reception. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.
